MediaMango operates entirely on your local machine. All photo scanning, perceptual
hashing, duplicate detection, audio authenticity inspection, file conversions, and
folder reorganizations execute locally using your device's native CPU and GPU.
No files, images, videos, audio tracks, or file metadata are ever transmitted
to the cloud or remote servers.
2. Zero Telemetry, Accounts, or Tracking
MediaMango requires no user registration, email sign-up, or cloud account. The desktop
application and website contain zero telemetry trackers, diagnostic trackers,
advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics services. We do not track how you use the
app or what files you organize.
3. Local Browser & System Storage
This website only stores your selected visual appearance preference (dark or light mode)
in your browser's local storage. This value remains strictly on your local device and is
never transmitted over the network.
4. Payment Processing for Voluntary Donations
Voluntary contributions are processed securely by Razorpay through their dedicated,
PCI-DSS compliant checkout pages. MediaMango never collects, sees, or stores your
credit card numbers, bank accounts, or financial details. Razorpay's independent
privacy policy governs all payment transactions.
5. Third-Party CDNs & External Assets
Typography and icons are served via trusted public content delivery networks (Google
Fonts, FontAwesome). These third-party services receive standard HTTP request headers
(such as client IP address and user-agent) necessary to transmit font and icon files in
accordance with their respective privacy policies.
6. Data Sovereignty & User Rights
Because MediaMango does not collect, hold, or process your personal data on any server,
you retain absolute sovereignty over your digital media. Requests under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA,
or other data privacy regulations are fulfilled by design through our decentralized,
zero-retention architecture.

1. License & Permitted Use
Subject to these terms, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to download, install, and use MediaMango on compatible macOS and Windows
systems for personal or internal commercial media management purposes.
2. User Responsibility & Data Safeguards
MediaMango provides batch deduplication, file conversion, and folder restructuring tools
designed to streamline file management. While the application provides visual confirmation
steps prior to execution, the user retains sole responsibility for initiating file
deletions, modifications, and relocation actions.
Users are strongly urged to maintain independent, external backups of important data prior
to executing bulk deduplication or disk cleanup routines. MediaMango, its authors,
and maintainers are not responsible for unintended file loss, accidental deletions, or
corrupted files.
3. "As Is" Disclaimer of Warranties
MediaMango and this website are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis,
without warranty of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not
limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. We do not warrant that operation will be error-free or uninterrupted.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MediaMango, its
developer (AdiDusi), or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of
profits, business interruption, or hardware failure) arising in any way out of the use
or inability to use this software.
5. Voluntary Contributions & Non-Refundability
Donations and financial contributions made to support MediaMango are voluntary gifts that
directly fund independent development, security audits, and maintenance. Donations do
not represent an equity purchase, warranty guarantee, or service contract, and are
non-refundable.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Privacy & Terms provisions at our
discretion. Any revisions will be published directly to this page with an updated
effective timestamp. Continued use of MediaMango following published updates constitutes
acceptance of the revised terms.
